​How Do I Place An Order?​

Ordering process is simply 4 quick steps!

1. Select your favorite items and add them to cart

2. Enter your billing and shipping information

3. Select shipping method

4. CHECKOUT



 

Payment & Shipping

The majority of our shirts are printed on demand after we receive your order.  Most shipments use the USPS to make the final delivery to your door, although some of these packages start with FedEx before FedEx gives the package to the Postal Service.

Since our shirts are printed on demand it is very difficult for us to guarantee an exact delivery date, and that is why we don’t promise one on our website.  But we can ask our printers to expedite the process if you have an event. If that is the case send us an email to dettweilers@yahoo.com.com and tell us which products you need, where they are shipping to, and when you need them and we’ll try to make it work for you.



 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All payments are secure and made through PayPal.



 

Returns & Refunds

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

  1. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.

  2. Item(s) returned for a refund will incur a 18% restocking fee.

  3. Shirt(s) must not have been worn, washed, dried, or stained in any way.

  4. Item(s) must be accompanied by the packing slip generated from the return process noted above.

  5. Item(s) must be returned via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation.

  6. All shipping costs must be pre-paid by the party returning the merchandise (i.e. the customer).

  7. Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded for the cost of the item returned only, minus the 18% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
